Tak jako u v\u0161eho je dobr\u00e9 konzumaci r\u016fzn\u00fdch druh\u016f ryb st\u0159\u00eddat. Co u\u017e ov\u0161em jasn\u00e9 je, je to, \u017ee lid\u00e9 si konzumaci ur\u010dit\u00fdch druh\u016f mo\u0159sk\u00fdch ryb obl\u00edbili natolik, \u017ee tyto druhy jsou u\u017e dnes na pokraji vyhynut\u00ed. Nam\u00e1tkov\u011b zmi\u0148me t\u0159eba tu\u0148\u00e1ka, tresku nebo makrelu. Ov\u0161em t\u00edm v\u00fd\u010det zdaleka nekon\u010d\u00ed.  Pokud si tedy chceme odpov\u011bd\u011bt na ot\u00e1zku, zda je lep\u0161\u00ed zvolit rybu mo\u0159skou \u010di sladkovodn\u00ed, tak jednozna\u010dn\u011b vyhr\u00e1v\u00e1 ta sladkovodn\u00ed, a to hned z n\u011bkolika d\u016fvod\u016f: V mo\u0159\u00edch existuje jeden velk\u00fd pom\u011brn\u011b dob\u0159e zn\u00e1m\u00fd probl\u00e9m, kter\u00fdm je jejich p\u0159elovenost. Velk\u00e9 ryb\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9 flotily doslova drancuj\u00ed sv\u011btov\u00e1 mo\u0159e. Pomoc\u00ed modern\u00ed techniky dok\u00e1\u017e\u00ed v dan\u00e9 oblasti vylovit naprosto v\u0161echny ryby v dosahu jejich sonar\u016f. Lov\u00ed i mal\u00e9 kusy, kter\u00e9 je\u0161t\u011b nestihly pohlavn\u011b dozr\u00e1t, aby po sob\u011b zanechaly potomstvo, des\u00edtky druh\u016f mo\u0159sk\u00fdch ryb jsou proto na pokraji vyhynut\u00ed. Ohro\u017eeny ov\u0161em nejsou pouze ryby, ale tak\u00e9 domorodci, kter\u00e9 lov ryb \u017eiv\u00ed, a tak\u00e9 jin\u00e1 zv\u00ed\u0159ata, kter\u00e1 se st\u00e1vaj\u00ed ne\u017e\u00e1douc\u00edm \u00falovkem. Dal\u0161\u00ed probl\u00e9m je zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed mo\u0159\u00ed, t\u0159eba mikroplasty, kter\u00e9 na sebe v\u00e1\u017eou \u017eivotn\u011b nebezpe\u010dn\u00fd chemick\u00fd koktejl anebo t\u011b\u017ek\u00fdmi kovy. I na tom si spolu s mo\u0159skou rybou pochutn\u00e1te. Ano, je pravda, \u017ee mnoh\u00e9 \u010desk\u00e9 rybn\u00edky tak\u00e9 nejsou v nejlep\u0161\u00ed kondici. Ov\u0161em volbou \u010desk\u00e9 ryby vol\u00edte udr\u017eiteln\u00fd lov, kter\u00fd ne\u0161kod\u00ed \u017eivotn\u00edmu prost\u0159ed\u00ed, neohro\u017euje ryb\u00ed populace, ani va\u0161e zdrav\u00ed.
